The reception team was incredibly helpful. my spacious room was immaculate. Room service delivered promptly. had an amazing dining experience in the restaurant with plenty of kid-friendly options.

Some transportation arrangements could be better organized. there were minor issues with reservation management.

The room was adequately clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the variety offered at breakfast. it changed slightly each morning. The city view from my room was a lovely bonus that added to the overall experience.

The TV in the room felt outdated, which detracted a little from my overall enjoyment.

nonexistent sauna

the hotel was an absolute disappointment. to think i expected proper service, only to find the sauna doesn't exist, how charming. and they didn't clean my room for days without me begging them! You'd think they'd offer something special for the hassle, but I guess the regular guests got all the perks.

During our stay, the staff truly impressed us, especially the two gentlemen at the front desk named Ahmed. They went out of their way to help with local advice, making our visit to the area enjoyable. The restaurant offered a delightful selection of meals that catered well to families.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.
